Seven advertising and communications professionals from Venture Communications joined the International Advertising Association (IAA), UAE Chapter last month.
 
A company statement says the move will permit the agency to "be part of the active community of professionals in the UAE." It will also give them a chance to network through the IAA events; seminars and conferences organized at a local, regional and global level.
Rany Francisco, creative director; Erinna Judy C. Rivera, senior art director; Maripaz Febrero, English copywriter and Fiona El Ali, Arabic copywriter joined from the creative department. Two account directors – Mohammed Kadoumi and Jaideep Merh – and Rana Awad, PR manager also became IAA members.
