The Middle East Communication Networks (MCN) announced the opening of a new Universal Media office in Abu Dhabi last week, according to a company statement.
 
MCN owns and operates several advertising and media agency brands including Fortune Promoseven, Universal Media, Lowe, Weber Shandwick, Initiative, Magna and Innovations. Alaa Saad will be general manager of the Abu Dhabi office.
 
The company says the opening allows Universal Media to better deliver communications solutions to regional clients, acknowledging that Abu Dhabi is an emerging and demanding market.
