Dove, one of Unilever’s premium skincare brands, has introduced three female brand ambassadors to help promote a more successful ‘work-life balance’ amongst women of the UAE as part of their Beauty, Care, and Happiness outreach. The Dove ambassadors include up and coming singer and songwriter, Clarita De Quiroz, strategic planner at Memac Ogilvy, Tanya Dernaika and director and founder of Mamavents, Kellie Whitehead.
The launch took place at the Dove sponsored Woman 2 Woman event last Saturday where the ladies came to lend their support to female artists from across the region. The event involved artists ranging from 17years to 61years old exhibiting their work on the ‘O’ de Squisto boat in Bur Dubai, attracting over 1000 visitors over the course of the day.
These women will be reaching out to ladies across the region with experiential advice on how best to balance the many elements of their daily lives. The ambassadors’ messages will highlight the importance of taking personal time in order to lessen stress and achieve the best possible results from their work, both in the office and at home.
Krystyna Klimczak, marketing manager, Skin Cleansing and Care for Unilever Gulf said; “With women having less time to spend on themselves, it becomes really important that they achieve the right balance in their lives. Even taking five minutes in the morning and evening to moisturise your skin can go along way to aiding a greater feeling of well being. If we feel good within ourselves then all the other tasks of the day will seem that much easier and hopefully more enjoyable!”
Dove, in partnership with the ambassadors, aims to encourage women in the region to achieve a stronger sense of balance in their daily routine. Through their experiences and achievements, these women will inspire the female community to maintain a better sense of equilibrium amongst the various elements of their lives and ultimately leading to Beauty, Care and Happiness!
