Following a long and tough process that included four agencies (Mindshare , Carat, Interone and the incumbent agency OMD), Nissan Middle East has appointed Mindshare to handle the Nissan and Infiniti Pan-Arab media planning and buying business across the Middle East and North African region.

The business includes all of Nissan's Passenger Cars, SUVs and LCV range, in addition to the luxury Infiniti brand.

This is another in a series of high-profile wins that the Mindshare network has been scoring in the recent months. "I'm so proud to have such a passionate team around that made it happen" said Elie Haber, MD of the Mindshare regional office based in Dubai. "I'm always impressed with the levels of passion and quality service the team delivers. This was a multi-layered pitch that tested the agency on multiple parameters. We are honored to have won the Nissan account considering its strategic importance and we are committed to deliver on our promise."

“As a leading automotive brand in the region, Nissan Middle East is confident that Mindshare will add a lot of value to communicating its “Shift the way you move” message to the Middle East audience,” commented Monal Zeidan, general manager of marketing & corporate communications at Nissan Middle East.

The network has upped its game on all fronts, following the global remodeling of its business – the agency considers its remit to be beyond just media planning and buying but extending right across the marketing communication spectrum - with special emphasis being placed on media innovations and branded content.
